The doctor is great, no complaints there. However the receptionist staff are not. It takes forever to get a hold of them. There is no direct number to the doctors office and when you call you get a general line that then transfers you to the front desk, but there is only one person that works it as far I know because it always goes to her voicemail and she only picks up half of the time. Its really frustrating when you are in physical pain and you cant get attention or help.
