Silvia, she’s not nice with the people. She feels like the owner of this spot. She told me that I can’t wait outside of the office because I’m not a patient, also refused to validate my parking. She took this personal, I understand rules, but is how people say something to others. I was wondering to treat myself but with this, I prefer to go somewhere else. The staff that works at n Monday, they’re so nice. Business works better depending on how you treat everyone, not just patients.
